KNT365のアイテムのほとんどは、日本国内でつくっています。
私たちは、企画、生産、販売に至るまで、
全ての過程を自分たちで行うDtoCブランドです。
現在、東京オフィスと大阪ラボの2か所を拠点にして、
企画-デザイン-生産-自社ECサイトでの販売-出荷のすべてを、
力を合わせてごく少人数で行っています。
発送の際は、環境に配慮し、簡易包装でお届けさせて頂いております。

私たちは、3Dニッティングマシンという機械を使ってアイテムを生産しています。
再生ポリエステル糸や、オーガニックコットン、生分解性の糸から作品を編み出してつくるため、裁断、縫製、のプロセスをとても少なくする事ができます。小ロットでの生産が可能で、材料ロスを最小限にしています。
そして、少ない人数での生産が可能で、これまでとは違う新しい働き方、生産システムが実現できます。

We mindfully create our products to be used 365 days a year, making thoughtful decisions to elevate our people, sustainability practices, and the causes we care about.
These products are designed to be your new statement piece wherever adventure takes you. (School, Work, Hiking, Shopping, etc. ) Every item is machine-washable with your laundry detergent, but please, no bleach. It is not good for your new piece.
We are a D2C brand born in Japan, with dreams of going global. From planning and sales, to production and shipping we complete most processes in-house. Currently, our headquarters is located in Tokyo, with R&D and production focused at our OsakaLabo. We are a small team, with every member being a valued jack-of-all–trades.

For Pre-order items, please be mindful of the scheduled shipping start date listed. If your order has multiple products selected, the entire order will be sent once all items can be fulfilled. This decision is to minimize the amount of outgoing shipments to save expenses, resources, and reduce our environmental footprint one shipment at a time. If you need a part of your order as soon as it is fulfilled, please place the order with the individual items to ensure faster processing.
We do not allow for returns and exchanges at this time unless the product fails to meet our quality standards. Therefore, we do not issue receipts.
Here at KNT365, we strive to incorporate sustainability practices into our production process. Each bag is created on a repurposed 3D knitting machine woven using threads of recycled polyester, organic cotton, or biodegradable yarn. Utilizing a business model of small-lot production, we encourage responsible consumerism, to ensure we do not have a warehouse full of unwanted inventory. Even the scaps are used to highlight a greater purpose (check out our charity ribbons). Our team is efficient and working hard to design, manufacture, and ship bags all over the world and proving that much can be done even when the headcount seems low.
